• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping fees may vary.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We want our customers to receive their order as soon as possible. All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 2pm, will be shipped next business day. All orders placed after 2pm on weekends or holiday will be shipped following business day. Shipping time may vary. You may contact [email protected] if you have any questions about delivery time.
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks, due to location and the time the order was placed.
  All customized orders (Monogrammed or Personalized jewelry) shipping may vary. These items are carefully made my hand and may take a little longer than average shipping time.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, JeanTimon has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Paypal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, which is also safe but may delay your order.
